Flat Roofing Wales (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website flatroofingwales.com. We are not a roofing company. We help people arrange free, no-obligation roofing quotes from local roofing professionals in Wales.

2. Our Role

When you submit a quote request form on our website:

  • Your details are securely sent to our partner, LeadsDoWork, a UK-based lead generation service.
  • LeadsDoWork shares your request with up to four roofing companies from their pre-screened UK network.
  • Those roofing companies may contact you directly to arrange inspections and provide quotes.

Once your details have been sent to LeadsDoWork, our involvement ends. We are not involved in selecting roofers, negotiating prices, overseeing work, or handling payments/disputes/guarantees.

3. No Endorsement or Warranty

We do not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any roofing company introduced via LeadsDoWork. Any contract you enter with a roofer is solely between you and them. We make no warranty as to the quality, reliability, or suitability of any roofer or their work.

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or up to date.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You are over 18 and authorised to request quotes for the property in question.
  • Information you provide is truthful and accurate.
  • You will make your own checks before hiring a contractor (e.g., insurance, references, written quotes).

6. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to your data being passed to LeadsDoWork for arranging roofing quotes. LeadsDoWork and the roofers they introduce will handle your data under their own privacy policies.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of our website or dealings with roofing companies introduced via our service.
  • We accept no liability for any roofing work carried out, or for any negligence, breach of contract, or wrongdoing by any roofer.
